Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, sterilized items such as needles and cartridges cannot be returned once the packaging is opened.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Shipment
Securely pack the unused items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship to Bishop
Send your package via a trackable shipping service to our warehouse facility; we recommend purchasing insurance for high-value tattoo machines.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned gear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
